Can you build single-storey, double-storey, and wrap-around extensions?
We cover all of these. Single-storey extensions add ground-floor space; double-storey builds add room upstairs and down; wrap-around schemes typically extend to the side and rear in one coordinated design. We can discuss layout, structure, and finishes with you early on.
Do you handle full rip-out refurbishments as well as smaller jobs?
Yes. We carry out full strip-out and refurbishment where the property is taken back and rebuilt to a new specification, and we also take on smaller projects such as kitchen or bathroom replacements and other upgrades.
What is involved in a garage conversion?
A garage conversion turns existing garage space into usable living space — for example an office, bedroom, playroom, or utility room. Work usually includes insulation, damp management, floors and walls, electrics, and often a new opening or infill where the garage door was. We plan the build so it fits your home and meets the relevant standards.
Do you lay patios and driveways?
Yes. We install patios and driveways using approaches such as block paving, natural stone, or concrete finishes, with care for levels and drainage so the finished surface lasts.
Will my project need planning permission or Building Regulations?
It depends on the type of work, size, and location. Many extensions and conversions need Building Regulations approval; some also need planning permission or fall under permitted development. We can outline what typically applies and recommend when to involve your local authority or an architect — but the final position is always confirmed for your specific site.
